Create your predictive coding model
Everlaw’s Predictive Coding tool uses machine learning technology to help users surface potentially relevant documents faster.
Your first step will be to create a model to start finding potentially relevant documents and then you will later assign these documents to reviewers.
Watch this short video to learn how to set up your predictive coding model
Sort your documents by PC score
Now you are going to sort the documents by their prediction score in preparation to assign your documents to reviewers. This will allow you to assign the documents with the highest prediction score first.
First, add the prediction model as a column to your results table
Sort your results table by your prediction model so that you have the documents with the highest scores at the top of your results.
Group by attachments if you need to review full families
Create your dynamic assignment
Next you are going to leverage that predictive coding model to create a dynamic assignment. As your model improves and documents receive a higher prediction score, they will be dynamically added to the assignment group.
Click Batch, then Assign.
Be sure to make this assignment "Dynamic" so that it is always updated with the most relevant documents. Creating assignments from the results table preserves the sort order as well as grouping options selected.
