Create production-specific codes
Create codes based on key criteria needed to identify documents for production (responsiveness, redactions needed, etc.)
Tip! If you're not sure what codes might be useful, check out the code wizard from the general tab in Project Settings.
If needed, watch this video on how to set up your codes:
Create redaction stamps
Redaction stamps allow you to overlay text on top of redacted content. When setting up your project, create redaction stamps for reviewers to apply when censoring sensitive information in their documents.
In Project Settings, select the General from the left-side panel, and then the production tools tab.
Create redaction stamps for reviewers to apply
If desired, allow users to create their own stamps by enabling custom redaction stamps.
Configure your production protocol
A production protocol is a set of instructions outlining the requirements and format for your production. This includes image formats, bates stamps, the option to create a load file, and more. Create your protocol at the start of a case to make QA easier.
Tip! Check back in on the protocol as review is ongoing to leverage the built in QA feature. If helpful, review this article on Pre-Production QA.
